Amarjit Singh Ahuja brings four decades of financial-services experience spanning retail banking, microfinance and NBFCs. His career has covered business leadership, branch and geographic operations, lending, collections and recovery, internal audit, risk management and organisational governance. He has held senior roles including Senior Vice President & Circle Head at Axis Bank, Zonal Head at Jana Small Finance Bank, Chief Operating Officer at Capital Trust, and Chief Audit Officer at Satin Creditcare Network. Today, he also advises financial-services organisations on board, governance and strategic matters.

His background gives the firm a practical perspective on regulated businesses, controls, portfolio quality, operating risk and high-stakes commercial decision-making.

Aviral Batra

Aviral Batra brings over three decades of leadership experience across technology, telecom and enterprise operations. His career includes senior roles at HP in business planning, strategy and customer advocacy, and at Wipro as General Manager & Account Head for telecom, with earlier experience at Airtel. He is an alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, holds an LL.B., and is certified by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs as an Independent Director with additional training in corporate governance.

He brings a commercially grounded perspective to advisory work, with particular strength in stakeholder management, governance, business operations and complex organisational decision-making.
